What does this suggestion change/add/remove?
The title is self-explanatory, I believe. I think Cartographers should have the Thaumotologist abilities as part of their loadout. It does not remove anything from the role; it only adds to the role and enhances their abilities as dimensional explorers and combat researchers.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
Not to my knowledge.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives further flexibility to what Cartographers can do, and gives further room to rp for Cartographers.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
It could be abused potentially.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?
I think the positives outweigh the negatives in this case, plus whatever abuse that does take place will likely be very minimal as the Cartographer role is paywalled by donations, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue, I think.
