Yes, I have received a lot of warnings, kicks, and even some bans in the past. However, all of those happened during a time when I was just playing on the server casually and didn’t really care about anything serious. Since then, my mindset has completely changed I have become much more responsible and focused on contributing positively to the community.

Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?
I am applying for the Director of External Affairs position for both in character and out of character reasons. In character, I enjoy the dynamic nature of the role from overseeing standard DEA duties to engaging in unique and unpredictable interactions with non Foundation personnel. The position appeals to me, as it allows me to play a key role in both surface level diplomacy and on site operations.
I maintain a strong relationship with the current External Affairs management team. I am also eager to support the current Director Lucas by alleviating some of his workload. He has been running the department alone for some time and doing it well but sharing the responsibility will ensure that the role remains enjoyable and sustainable for all involved.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
I believe I am well suited for this position due to me being a manager for a long time as well as my strong ability to create meaningful RP with a wide range of players. Clear, effective communication between departments and external groups is essential to the DEA’s success, and I have proven capable of ensuring that operations run smoothly without unnecessary confusion.
Key strengths I bring to the role include:
Activity: I maintain a consistent in game presence and communicate regularly with department leadership to ensure alignment and efficiency. My visibility within the community not only supports active department management but also encourages recruitment by showing the department in a strong, healthy state.
Determination: I aim to improve the average CL3 agent’s experience within the department, from increasing activity to involving them in immersive operations and RP scenarios. This not only improves retention and engagement but also builds the next generation of CL4 leaders capable of spearheading their own initiatives.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:
The Directors foremost responsibility is to establish and maintain a strong chain of command. Attempting to run the department alone is unsustainable so I will appoint capable and trustworthy individuals to key leadership roles to ensure efficient operations.
Equally important is maintaining clear and consistent communication with other departments, MTF units and other departments. This includes coordinating with Groups of Interest on the surface, ensuring that all interdepartmental and interorganizational interactions are smooth, professional, and beneficial to the Foundation’s objectives.
To achieve this I will personally arrange and lead meetings with relevant leaders to ensure alignment on ongoing situations, operational protocols, and RP goals keeping Foundation priorities at the forefront at all times.
