I did this by showcasing while I was a MTF E11 Captain that I had the ability to take command and organize individuals to protect HCZ and secure SCP's while also directing and ensuring these individuals did these tasks effectively, professionally, and ethically. While in that position it was my duty to take proper logging of what my people were doing at all times ensuring when they needed direction I provided it. Also while in that position I was in charge of ensuring all individuals under my command followed the Code of Ethic's and Code of Conduct.
While in the position of Ethic's Assistant it was my duty to assist Ethic's in various jobs. One of these jobs was to maintain and creating documents under their command. There would also be times where I would be the highest clearance person on which resulted in me having to take charge prompting me to direct site and take charge showcasing my ability to lead. Being in the position I was it was also my duty to be observant of any Code of Ethic's breaches and responding promptly to any that were seen.
