how can i remove iron sights on guns (or how to add different clientside gun skins to make the gun have no iron sight.) and where to get them

You cannot do this. I imagine doing it would count as cheating as it would be modification of game files to get an advantage
i asked an admin the exsact question they siad its fine but they do not know how to do it
Which staff member told you this, as i can assure you what you have described here wouldn't be allowed
