Due to being given the new designation, 'Kiiro,' his original name has been classified.

A traveling anomalous salesman that frequently visits Pinewood and its surrounding GOIs due to high transaction rates. This individual's codename and facial features seem to resemble that of a certain foundation personnel, supposedly to serve as a scapegoat for incidents occurring on the surface.
