What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Changes SCP-966’s attack to remove the targets ability to sprint for an amount of time after the attack. (Not a large amount, 10-15 seconds at the higher end) Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different...

I think notable not REMOVING teamspeak, just making it non mandatory for MTF/CI/UNGOC to have to use it. Its still there as an option to just chill and talk OOC
