Simply read the suggestion and tell me where did I say that ISD does the same job as DEA. DEA have other duties, and since ISD were added to fullfill their duties why cant DEA be added to fullfill theirs?

So many comms gets sent into MTF comms most of the time, and DEA cannot see them while it directly involves them in a way or another. Also do you really want DEA to be spamming everyone's else comms while doing a raid? As E11 cannot access SOP comms

Infiling GOC is literally easier than infiling CI base dude... DEA have done a fair amount of infils on GOC base and never got caught doing so. Now you say that infiling Foundation is easier, that is true but have you infiled CI before on DEA, in foundation you can just stick with the other DC...
