Could this not lead to document minging? someone finding the doc and then checking all the boxes, the doc is then ruined.

+ Support In RSD we've had to put our chems behind cl4 coded doors just to keep them from getting stolen. I would totally give access to lower ranks if there was a system in place to hold them accountable
