Based on the arguments against this suggestion, can we remove Frag grenades from all classes with it as they can grab it from dispensers, handcuffs from ISD as they can get them from dispensers etc etc. It really is just a quality of life update and is really no buff / nerf for anyone / anything.

Similarly stated by others, I would recommend having experience in an MTF (at least one) due to being able to grasp the core duties of each regiment - Jr CL4 will also help as it gives you experience in managing people, creating / being involved in RP scenarios. Good luck.
