    They're still prisoners, William. If NU-7, CI, and GOC all have the same fear RP requirements, I don't actually understand - IRPly - why they'd be opposite. It'd also unnecessarily overcomplicate DBlock and necessitate even more GSD to mainline DBlock instead of being able to be 'general security'.

    I love you man, but that's not true. The main source of combat will be Chaos Insurgents and SCPs. I love you to death, but D-Class exist primarily for RSD to do testing with and GSD to guard.
