also every officer job has a non-perma weapon to its loadout: e-11 has qbz, a-1 has mcx, o-1 has ash-12, I don't see why nu-7 are the only ones with a perma weapon
a nice buff to e-11, besides giving them all beams and scp cuffs, would be a reduced timer on AA, not too much where they spawn, grab aa, die, respawn and do the same thing, but a slightly lower cooldown, maybe something like "if 3+ scps are breached = lower aa cooldown"
removing an entire mtf would be detrimental, even though e-11 lore wise shouldn't be on-site, + HCZ would be empty, no e-11 would be there to escort tests, no one to call out hacking (besides SCUs IF they are even on), no one to sweep before/during/after breach, etc.
