SCP-079 slaps like a 1 ply wet paper towel currently unless CI manage to hold the CC for 30 minutes to 1 hour or 079 goes undetected, unchecked, unmetagamed for a simular length of time. For an £80 SCP it isn't all that mighty and I find 2295 can be harder to recontain at times

That is not what the suggestion is about... It is used to obscure ISD Snr CL4 identities and make A/O identities more protected considering another force non CL5 related has the card

You didn't read the whole suggestion did you? +support, will help greatly with Commissioners observing lower ISD personnel in secret and operations requiring confidentiality of those involved/confidentiality of an operation being ran by ISD

I am late to the discussion but have you tried joining the UK server? It might have been a case of USA reaching server pop max and thus blocking you from commecting
