I'm E-11 we have one war fund so its not an issue for us but for Nu7 its kind of just weaponized incompetence if you understand if they just don't help they get hundreds of thousands of war funds. (Nu7 do help on the US site yes a lot I'm just saying its a benefit that only really effects them)

+SUPPORT Bro its Adrian like. I'm joking I've known Adrian for 8 MONTHS (IK bro insane) but he has generally been such a good peer then a good Leader and a good RP leader that it is just enjoyable watching him. He would make a good O5.

+Support Good Game Master and is a good RPer, along with some good leadership abilities.

ALSO having the Leadership names as one word gives it more punch like curator, Practitioner, and Consultant. It makes the roles feel much more important as they don't need to have a prefix

I also like how the ones that have always been used have a similar naming system to Research making it easy to understand from both departments. It is Junior/Trainee then a rank with no prefixes/suffixes then one with senior in it. It makes it easier for people to understand imo. We are not...

All other names except leadership I'm fine with changing but I like practitioner and consultant is actually just to iconic.
