With the warnings, the RDM warn was included in a different warn, I only have 6 overall warns so I put six. The job bans are again something I plan to improve upon and straighten out. Thank you for your feed back

I fixed the ISD Agent thing, The 457 was 1 time and ive stopped since I realized it was against the rules. I do admit sometimes I do become agitated and do tend to lash out but it is something that I intend on straightening out. Thank you for your feedback.
